Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 03/29/2022. There were 3 children, ages 6 months-3 years, totaling 10 points, and 1 provider present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of personnel, caregiver training, physical environment and equipment, emergencies, nutrition and background checks. A total of 3 children?s records and 1 provider record were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
