Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 08/15/2022. There were 3 children, ages 11 months-3 years, totaling 9 points, and 1 provider present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of personnel, caregiver training, physical environment and equipment, emergencies, nutrition and background checks. A total of 5 children?s records and 1 provider record were reviewed. The inspector discussed newly enrolled children and nutrition with the provider. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:45 am and departed at 9:30 am.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
