Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 08/15/2022. There were 3 children, ages 11 months-3 years, totaling 9 points, and 1 provider present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of personnel, caregiver training, physical environment and equipment, emergencies, nutrition and background checks. A total of 5 children?s records and 1 provider record were reviewed. The inspector discussed newly enrolled children and nutrition with the provider. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:45 am and departed at 9:30 am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
