Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/17/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 10am and ended at 11:15am. There were 16 staff with 70 children in 7 classrooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed using manipulatives, doing a cooking project, playing outside and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
