Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 04/29/2025 and completed on 4/29/2025, as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The on-site inspection began at 1:30pm and ended at 5pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 130 children present and 19 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
