Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/25/2022. The provider was contacted by Zoom and virtual inspection was conducted. There were 8 children, ages 3 years-4 years, and 2 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.

Based on record review and discussion with staff, the center failed to ensure that the documentation of monthly evacuation drills contains all of the required components as required by the standards.

Evidence: The emergency evacuation drill for January and February 2022 did not contain the following information: any special conditions simulated; and problems encountered, if any.
Plan of Correction: Will add the missing information to the form.
