An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 9/20/2021 and 9/21/2021. The Northern Licensing Office received the complaint on 9/20/2021 regarding forbidden actions and behavioral guidance. Interviews were conducted, records reviewed, and observations made in the Infant A and Infant B classrooms.
