Violations
1Evidence: In the Twos classroom, there were 13 incidents of Child #1 biting other children between the dates of 10/26/23 and 11/2/23. In some of the incidents, broken skin and bruising resulted from the biting.
I. Children of America Managers will notify family immediately for pick up if multiple bites take place within the same day depending on its severity (i.e.: if skin is broken). If a pattern persists management will begin having a one-one meeting with the family in accordance to our behavioral plan.
II. Additional biting toys (where age appropriate) will be placed into the room to help manage the biting.
