Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated 9/25/2024 with a local agency and concluded on 10/16/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 9/23/2024 relating to allegations of supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
