Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/11/2024 and completed on 9/25/2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 9/9/2024 relating to a serious injury. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
