A monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/30/23 from 10:45 am to 12:35 pm. There were 29 children under the direct care and supervision of 7 staff members. The children were observed participating in art activities, playing outdoors and eating lunch. The lunch menu included turkey roni wheat pasta, green beans, cheese, salad, pineapples and milk. 3 children's records, 2 staff member records, medications and emergency drill records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
