Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 3/14/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:00 am and ended at 10:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 23 children present and 7 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
