Inspector Notes

An unannounced Code Compliance inspection was conducted with the Director on 5/16/23 from 9:15 - 10:00 am. There were 15 children present, ranging in age from three years to five years of age, supervised by four staff. The children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys in centers. Disclosure documents were reviewed along with three staff and two child records.
