Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted with the local DSS to investigate a complaint received by the department related to Care of Children. The inspection was initiated on 11/10/2021 and concluded on 11/23/2021 with an exit interview. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
