Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:20 am - 12:20 pm with the provider and her assistant. There were nine children, ranging from five months to four years of age, for a total of 22 points. Children were observed participating in circle time activities, washing hands and eating lunch. Lunch served today: homemade chicken noodle soup, peas and carrots, mixed fruit and milk. Two child records, three caregiver/household member records, the emergency drill log, daily attendance, and menu were reviewed. The provider is not currently certified in Medication Administration Training (MAT) and cannot administer medication to children in care.
