A code compliance inspection was initiated and concluded on 5/8/2023. There were 12 children present, with 2 staff supervising and 1 administrative staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in background checks and requirements for child day centers operated by religious institution exempt from licensure. A total of 3 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on document review and staff interview, the center had not described all required aspects of the child day center's operation in a written statement to the parents or guardians of the children in the center and made available to the general public.
Evidence: The director confirmed that the enrollment capacity, health requirements for staff, qualifications of personnel, and public liability insurance had not been provided in writing to the parents/guardians and made available to the general public.
