An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 4/29/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:55 am and ended at 12:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 26 children present with 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
