Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted June 17, 2024, from approximately 12:35 pm to 4:10 pm. There were 18 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children's records, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed watching a video about manner with follow up questions as part of their Manners-themed week of summer camp, and during lunch time. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
