Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 12:00pm-12:50pm. At the time of entrance, 28 children were in care with 5 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 3 children?s records and 4 staff records. Children were observed during naptime.

Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the licensee did not ensure in areas of the center , inside were maintained in clean safe and operable condition.

Evidence: In the school age area the back classroom, has a metal piece falling off the baseboard heater and their was spots with peeling paint in the classroom.
Plan of Correction: Replaced baseboard heater.
Covered peeling paint area.
