A complaint inspection was initiated on site with a representative of a local agency on 2/24/2022. Additional documentation was received 2/25/2022 and 3/8/2022. A complaint was received by the department on 2/21/2022 regarding allegations in the area of inappropriate behavioral guidance and incident reporting.
The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
