Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. with the provider. There was one child in care, age five for a total of one point. The child was observed enjoying an age appropriate television program and then having lunch. Two children's records and one provider record was reviewed. Childcare areas and supplies were observed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
