Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/12/2024 and concluded on 3/12/2024. There were nine children present with two caregivers supervising. The point total was 20. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 0? child records and three staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 09:10 am and concluded at 11:50am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
5Evidence:
There was no carbon monoxide detector found in the home and the provider was unable to locate one.
Evidence:
A bottle of pesticide, Ex-Lax and Bleach were found in unlocked cabinets in the kitchen which is adjacent to the room where children eat.
Evidence:
The hot water measured 124.2 degrees Fahrenheit.
Evidence:
A mattress was found in a crib used for infant nap time had two cracks in it revealing a non-absorbent material.
Evidence:
The provider served whole grapes to children under four years of age.
