Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

A modification inspection was initiated June 1, 2021 and concluded June 10, 2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection in response to license modification request for a change of location. There were 0 children present and 2 staff. The inspector completed an inspection of the physical plant and reviewed the required postings, the first aid kit and emergency supplies and the emergency preparedness plan submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
