This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).

A monitoring inspection was initiated on August 10, 2021 and concluded on August 10, 2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection in response to license modification request for a change of location and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 0 children present and 1 staff present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, and special care and emergencies.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
