Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 03/16/2023 12:20 p.m. ? 4:00 p.m. There were 13 children present ranging from age 6 to age 10. A renewal inspection was also conducted. Both inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this
supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued.
