Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 16, 2023, from 11:35 a.m. through 12:35 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 16 children, ages 4 through 5, in the care of 2 staff.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Five children and two staff records were reviewed.
