An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/18/24 and concluded on the same day., as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 14:00 and ended at 15:15. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 2 caregiver; the point total was 26. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records . This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
