Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. There were 3 children in care with the provider for a total of eight points. The children were observed participating in free-play activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and one staff record was reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Violations
5Based on observation and interview with the provider it was determined that not all required documents were posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises. Evidence: The most recent inspection report was not posted in a conspicuous place in the family day home as required.
Based on interview it was determined that the family day home did not have access to a landline telephone. Evidence: The family day home does not have a landline telephone.
Based on interview and observation the required emergency telephone numbers were not posted in a visible area. Evidence: The emergency telephone numbers for emergency back up care and 911 were not posted.
