An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 1/7/26, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 1/2/26 relating to allegations of administration, care of children, and children's records. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record. This inspection included: file reviews, interviews, and facility walkthroughs.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
