Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on April 20, 2022. There were 14 children present, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Based on review of emergency procedures, the center did not implement monthly evacuation drills.
Evidence
The center did not implement a monthly evacuation drill in December 2021 and February 2022.
Plan of Correction: We will make sure to implement a monthly drill every month and document them.
