The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced complaint inspection on July 29, 2022 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office regarding background checks. Review of center documentation and interviews with staff members. Based on information gathered during the investigation, there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation regarding background checks therefore the complaint is determined to be Not Valid.
