The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced complaint inspection on April 20, 2023 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office regarding physical plant. Staff interview and observations were conducted. Based on information gathered during the investigation, there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation regarding physical plant therefore the complaint is determined to be Not Valid.
