An unannounced inspection was initiated on 1/9/2026 and completed on 2/19/2026 with local agencies, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 1/7/2026 relating to allegations of supervision, and child abuse & neglect. This inspection included document review, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
