Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today approximately 12:20 pm to 1 pm. There were 9 children for a total of 27 points directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed transitioning to rest time. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
