Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted January 22, 2024, approximately 12:25 pm to 1:00 pm. Licensing was greeted at the door by the Provider. A walk-through was conducted. There were 10 children directly supervised by 3 caregivers.
During the inspection, children were observed individual activity and transitioning to rest time. The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature.
The physical plant, 3 children's files, 2 staff record, child nutrition, children's activities, emergency procedures were inspected. There were no medications on-site during the inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
