An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/10/2024, as a part of the license period. The on-site inspection began at 11:10 amand ended at 12:35 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 44 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
