Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted initiated and concluded on 5/5/2022. The Provider was present, as well as 2 assistants, and they had 9 children (25 points). The children were observed taking a nap and infants were being held. A full inspection of the daycare, attendance, required postings, evacuation drills, annual caregiver training, 2 caregiver records, 2 household member records, and 3 children's records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
