Inspector Notes

An in person renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 6 children (15 points) present with 2 caregivers. 3 caregiver/household records and 3 child records were reviewed. See violation notice for non-compliances.
Menu, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, fridge/freezer temperatures and the dog's vaccination records are all in compliance.

Based on a review of records, caregiver and household member records do not contain documentation of a repeated Central Registry Search (CPS) being conducted within the allowable 5 year time frame.
Evidence:
Caregiver A: - CPS search is dated 8/4/16 (expired).
Household member 1: Search results are dated 9/13/16 (expired)
Household Member 2: Search results are dared 9/7/16 (expired)
Plan of Correction: Search request was submitted by mail 6/9/22 to Richmond. Search results were submitted a second time 8/12/22. We are waiting on the results
