Inspector Notes
An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today.
5 children were resting quietly at LI arrival at 3:05 PM (14 points) with one caregiver.
Another Asst. arrived within 10 minutes, and the provider arrived within 30 minutes.
3 caregiver and household member records were reviewed. See Violation Notice form missing information.
Emergency supplies, first aid supplies, emergency evacuation drills, cot spacing and bathroom supplies were all in compliance today.
