Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/21/2022 at 11am to 12pm. There were 4 children (6 points) directly supervised by 1 caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver's record, no children's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely inside the play room. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that child resistant protective covers were installed on all unused electrical outlets and surge protectors.
Evidence: observed 1 uncovered electrical outlet in the dining area near the rear patio door.

Based on observation, the provider did not comply with the requirements or recommendations made by the fire prevention or building officials to eliminate fire hazazrds.
