Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on April 24, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 a.m. and ended at 1:45 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 120 children present and 22 staff. The inspector reviewed eleven children's records and a total of five staff records, including four new staff records on-site April 25, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
