Plan of Correction: To ensure compliance and maximizing behavioral guidance, Staff A will receive training in behavioral guidance for preschoolers as appropriate to the ages Staff A is working with. Program will offer behavioral guidance for toddlers/preschoolers that involve setting clear, consistent boundaries and rules while using positive strategies like redirection, specific praise, and offering choices. Our staff will be provided guidance such as caregivers staying calm, modeling desired behaviors, positive language, while providing predictable routines and assisting them to control their emotions.
