Inspector Notes
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced renewal inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on June 6, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. through 1:15 p.m. There were two children in the care of the provider for four points. One child' s record and the record for the provider and two household members were reviewed/updated. No medication is being administered at this time. Areas observed were: free choice play, and educational activities. Interactions between the provider and children were observed as positive and the children seem comfortable with the daily routine and schedule. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
