Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on September 4, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on August 8, 2024 relating to allegations of supervision. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and one staff records on-site on September 4, 2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
