An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on September 30, 2024, as a part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:50 am and ended at 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 57 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included a tour of the facility, interviews, observations and document review.
