Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/07/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 a.m. and ended at 12:20 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 56 children present and seven staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five records on site. This inspection included document review (i.e. daily schedule, license, previous inspection, attendance records, health inspection, fire inspection, and emergency drill logs), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
