Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/10/2022 between the hours of approximately 1:00 pm and 2:10 pm. There were 28 children present with 6 staff supervising. Children and staff were observed while coming in from the playground and getting ready for naptime.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 1 staff record were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
