An unannounced inspection was initiated on September 23, 2025 and completed on September 23, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on June 23, 2025 relating to allegations of medication. The inspector reviewed 11 children?s records and 10 staff records on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
