Repeat Violation
All staff who work directly with children shall have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care.
Staff #1's CPR certification was expired and Staff #2 did not have documentation to show that the staff member is CPR certified. Both were observed working on the day of the inspection.

All staff who work directly with children shall have current certification in first aid appropriate to the ages of children in care.
Staff #1's first aid certification was expired and Staff #2 did not have documentation to show that the staff member is first aid certified. Both were observed working on the day of the inspection.

Staff who work directly with children shall annually complete the department's health
and safety update course.
The records for Staff #2 (employed for three years) and Staff #3 (employed for four years) did not contain documentation to show that the department's health and safety update course was completed in 2024, which is required annually.
