Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on 01/25/2022 and concluded on 01/27/2022. The facility submitted documentation to the inspector on 01/25/2022 and the inspector conducted an unannounced inspection on-site on 01/27/2022 from approximately 3:45pm to 5:30pm. There were eight children present with two caregivers. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
